Filled with Glee!

So, as usual, I am late to join the band wagon but my sister-in-law Aimee let me borrow her Season 1 of Glee. I don't know why I never watched this show before! Probably because I already have way too many shows that I try to keep up with, and I honestly just didn't want to get addicted to something else.....too late! I can't believe I have been missing out on such awesomeness!! I mean, I seriously think this was the best show that has ever been created! Sadly, Season 2 doesn't start until April (I think), so until then, I will be watching the DVD and listening to the soundtrack as much as humanly possible!



In other news, I made my own creation for dinner last night. I was basically too lazy to go to the grocery store to pick up what I really needed, but it actually turned out really yummy! I plan on making it again. Here is what I used:

1 lb. ground turkey meat
1 can cream corn
1 can corn, drained
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can green chiles
1 packet taco seasoning

Flour Tortillas
Rice

Brown the turkey meat, and then drain. Combine all the canned ingredients with the browned turkey in a deep skillet on low. Add the taco seasoning and simmer until heated through.

We made burritos with it and they were seriously delicious! The name for this creation is to be determined. It may sound weird, but I promise you'll like it. Hope the New Year is of to a great start for you!
